Privacy Policy

All Nations Baptist Church (referred to herein as “ANBC,” “we,”  “us” or “the Church”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the  Personal Information you share with us via our website or other online  portals. “Personal Information” is information that identifies or  otherwise relates to you or other individuals. Our goal is to handle  Personal Information responsibly and apply reasonable data privacy and  security standards to such information. By using this website, you  understand that we may use your Personal Information as described in  this Policy.

Privacy Practices

Collection and Use of Personal Information

When you connect with our website, including by donating to the  Church via our website, signing up for our e-newsletters or viewing our  podcasts, we and third parties with whom we do business may collect  Personal Information directly from you or obtain other information from  your computer or other device. Personal Information may include your  first and last name and email address.

Donations or other payments are accepted through Givelify and Zelle, and we do not  collect, receive or otherwise handle your payment card information.

If you provide us with Personal Information about others, or if  others give us your Personal Information, we will use that information  only for the specific reason for which it was provided.

Sharing of Personal Information

We may share your Personal Information with our service providers,  such as our email marketing service provider, which distributes our  e-newsletter, or other third parties that assist us in fulfilling our  Church activities. We do not sell or otherwise provide your Personal  Information to third parties for marketing purposes. Please be aware  that you may also share your Personal Information with us, third parties  and members of the public by posting comments or other materials to our  social media pages.

Global Family

The Church welcomes “honorary members” from around the world. Our  website, podcasts, e-newsletters and other communications are available  to and accessible by our global family. By providing us with your  Personal Information to subscribe to our electronic communications, you  consent to the collection, use, processing, disclosure and transfer of  such information in the United States and other countries or  territories, which may not offer the same level of data protection as  the country where you reside.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

When you visit our website or access our podcasts, we use  technologies to determine which web browsers our visitors use and the  address from which they accessed our site. This information does not  identify you personally. This information may include, but is not  limited to, your browser type, operating system, and IP address. We also  use cookies and other tracking technologies. A cookie is a small piece  of information that is sent to your browser and stored on your  computer’s hard drive. It does not damage your computer and you can set  your computer to notify you when you receive a cookie.

This kind of information allows us to track how many visitors access  the website, the date and time of their visit, the length of their stay,  and which pages they view. It enables us to compile statistics about  our visitors and the use of our website. We may share this information  with third parties that assist us in improving the content and  functionality of our website and to improve our programs and services,  among other things. Our website does not respond to browser do-not-track  signals at this time.

We partner with a third party agency to assist with online marketing  services. This may include displaying advertising on our website or  managing our advertising on other sites, including social media sites  like Facebook.

Security of Your Information

We take the security of your Personal Information seriously. We use  reasonable technical, physical and organizational measures to safeguard  your Personal Information.

Third Party Privacy Policies

We coordinate directly with third parties to assist in ANBC’s  operations and programs. When you provide information to assist for ANBC  volunteer opportunities via third party websites, we may collect the  contact information you provide to those third parties for purposes of  running our programs. Similarly, we may provide links to third party  sites, such as outreach programs, and your information may  also be collected by those third parties on their websites or by other  means. This ANBC Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not  responsible for, the privacy practices of these third parties. Please  note that we are not responsible for the data collection or usage or  data security practices of other third party sites such as Facebook,  Apple, Google, Microsoft or other software application developer or  provider. Information that you may disclose through these websites is  not collected, stored, or otherwise handled by ANBC. We encourage you to  read the privacy statements of any website you visit.

Minors

The ANBC website, e-newsletters, podcasts and social media pages are  not directed at minors.  We therefore request that minors not provide  Personal Information on our website or via other online portals.
